Mend Gardtec 360/580 Alarm Security System

How do I change the keypad battery on a Gardtec 360/580?

The battery on my Gardtec 360/580 keypad needs replacing but I can't work out how to open the cover. There is what looks like a screw at the bottom but this doesn't turn and I don't want to force it. There are 3 slots on the back of the case, both sides and the top, what's the secret?
