caravan fridge won't run on gas?

Needs the burner and jet cleaned/replaced and flue cleaned, they corrode and block up, also prob cobwebs and dust in there which will stop it from lighting, and make it burn badly (carbon monoxide) if it does light.....needs a gas service. About 2 hrs labour in a workshop plus £20 parts usually. CO alarm is a good idea if it's an older van as they didn't room seal them until recently, even now room sealing is dodgey, if I had a caravan a CO alarm would be my first priority.
