What to do...severly bent front wheels craftsman LT 1000 mower?

My son attempted to run up and over a small curb in gear 5 of or craftmans LT 1000 riding lawn mower, model no. 917.271910, 20hp, 42" mower. The right front wheel now points to the far right and the left sligtly to the left. Simple fix with some new parts or would it be better to take it to a repair center or purchase a new and better mower?
