Needle hitting the metal thing that spins below the bobbin case? ?
I got material caught in the case and now even though I changed the needle and moved it up and down and everything I could think of, it still hits the spinny thing and bends the needle and makes an awful sound. I just spent $75.00 on a cleaning and don't have a load of money to get this fixed. Do you know what the problem is and can I fix it on my own?
Hello Hollee,
Sounds like you have knocked the machine out of time, you will need to reset the timing, I can attach full instructions if you email me, type my address as you say it not as you see it and remind me of your problem.
