My binatone phone won't let me make outgoing calls, how do I fix it?
I can receive incoming calls on my phone but not make out going one's. When keypad is pressed there is a double beep and no numbers are appearing on the screen, all that is showing is 'handset'. It is a single style digital cordless 1820 handset and the model no. is

First of all if you can, try using another phone and replace the dodgy one, if every works ok, then its a phone fault, if it still wont let you dial out, clearly its a fault with the exchange and needs to reporting to whoever you pay your line rental too. Sounds to me like the dodgy phone has dialled its last and wont repair
