Mend Binatone Hear Them Not Me

I can hear them but they can not hear me?

If i make a call on my binatone cordless phone ,I can hear them but they can not hear me.Also they can hear when I press a button but not when I speak.Is there any settings for it or it is a fault?Thanks.
