Mend Hygena Dishwasher Integrated Repair

hygena intergrated door?

the outer wooden door has fallen off and the 4 metal hooks that are attached slide onto the dishwasher door but drops about 1 1/2 inch's - where am i going wrong or what has fallen off ??
this is so ugly to look at, is there any one who can help me ?
