Britany Combi SE 80 - error codes?

Hi,

Just replaced, for the second time in 4 years, the PCB in my SE 80 following a lock out and error code 40,60 and 80.

Whilst fitting the new and updated PCB (the new one having 9 pin v 8 pin for the fan, pressure switch and safety thermostat connector fitting) has fixed the problem and both the water and heating are working, the green heating "on" light is flashing and an error code 30, 40, 50 is flashing. As this fault code does not appear in the user hand book does anyone have any idea what is going on?
