how do i get door card off without breaking it and the window winder

remove all fixing screws,window winder etc,door card should be held on with poppers,prise off carefully,window winder may be held on with wire horshoe clip,try a small hook onto it and pull off,sorry cant be more specific but have no idea what motor you are on about here!
