my pc keeps going into power save?

hi guys. when i switch my pc on after its been off all night, it keeps going into power save mode when i switch it on.

i have to turn it off and on between 5-6 times before it stays on totally.

does anyone know why this is happening please. i have a 6 month hardware guarentee on it with cash converters.
