Mend Ferroli Hawk Combi Light Pressure

How can I fix my combi boiler.....Ferolli Hawk?

My combi boiler is broken, the pilot light is lit, pressure is at 2 and temperature is correct but the heating no longer works and we have no hot water anywhere (radiators/taps etc). Can anyone help? ¬¬¬¬
