Mend Connon Henley Help Front Work Replacing

I have a Connon Henley and it only reaches 140. ?

Can anyone help me as it only reaches 140. Could it be the thermastat? Also the front display does not work and needs replacing - where can I get a replacement? The top oven and hobs work well.
