Mend Fiat Punto Mk2 1.2 8V Engine Valve Timing

timing settings?

i have just changed the haed gasket etc on mk 2 1.2 8 valve punto, but the timing is out ive matched up the marks but this is not working can u tell me the correct settings?

notch on camshaft should lign up at a 9 o'clock and crankshaft behind fanbelt pulley should notch s at 10 o'clock hope this helps if these lign up something else wrong try compression test first then check for spark (all four cylinders cos 2 coil packs ) then check fuel delivery
