my Bissell has no suction and wont dispense any water or cleaning fluid?

My Bissell won't dispense any water or ceaning fluid and has no suction

the heater in side the unit has a inlet and a exit tube you neen to clean out the holes with a small drill these tend to fill up with debre and block the water flow to all other parts getting water. there is a plate on one side that can be removed carfully and clean the chanals behine it of debre. water flow will now flow and the fluids will be dispensed.
