Vauxall Vectra instrument panel?

Hi!

Can anyone help me. I have Vauxhall Vectra 2.0 TDI, 02 plate and have a problem with instrument panel. When I start the car after maybe 3 or 5 minutes everything stops working, Speedo, rev counter, petrol and temperature gage and battery and ABS lights come on. If I switch ignition off and start again everything will work again for a bit and stop again. And every time if I switch ignition on and off the thing will work for a bit. It dose not effect driving or anything else. I would appreciate if anyone could help, had the problem like this or knows anything about it . Thanks
