My 97 Plymouth Breeze is ticking,why?

Hi,The Motor in my 97 plymouth Breeze is ticking like it has no oil,but it does. We had the head work done on the car,and it has done this since. Can someone tell me what to do to fix this?? I travel alot in this vehicle.

well you dont want to drive it to much now because that ticking noise you hear is the lifters. you can get that fixed but its better to get the motor rebulit, it might be cheaper or just buy a new car.
