How do I tune a Proline 20N1 when I have no remote?

I have one of these TV's but no remote - it picks up TV signal ok from AV input but when trying to play a VCR tape is doesn't recognise the signal - there don't seem to be any manual buttons on the TV (unless they're well hidden) - your help would be much appreciated, Cheers.
