Remove wheel, lower caliper bridge bolt, swing up caliper and remove pads. remove 2 bolts securing caliper to hub and tie up onto the spring, now look through holes near centre of hub and you will see 5 torx 50 bolts securing bearing to hub carrier, remove these, since you are changing the discs get a sledge hammer and hammer hub und disc from carrier, these can be tight so persevere, remove 5 13mm bolts securing disc to bearing and knock off disc.rebuild in reverse but now is a good chance to clean up bearing and hub carrier and apply copaslip so that next time if you have a bearing away you will not damage disc hammering it off hub carrier, also if it is front wheel drive you should remove drive shaft nut but if rear wheel drive should be a dummy shaft there, dont think you have to remove the nut good luck
