Mend Ford T280 Clutch Gears Transit

gears not working ?

I have had a friend change the cluch on my 2002 T280 transit van. When it was all put together and then put into gear the van wouldnt move. Its as if the gear sellector is not engaging. Any hints?

if clutch and gears seem ok check that the drives are in fully

sounds like your friend didnt line up the clutch plate correctly or left out the thrust bearing
