how can i get my accenta house alarm off of tamper and back to normal worki?
my accenta house alarm is stuck on tampers showing a solid red light.This was caused after a door contact was taken off and put back on.The alarm has not worked since.The alarm went off for twenty minutes when this happened.I have the normal 4 digit code number but if i need a seperate code for tamper i do not have one.Thank you Ian.
when you say the contact was removed did you take off the cables ,you need to make sure both the tamper loop is made and the alarm loop is made correctly ,if they are entering your normal code and pressing reset will return panel to day mode
