Mend Flavel Cascade Cooker Temperature Flame

my Flavel cascade oven is broken but the hob and grill work?

The pilot light in the oven comes on, but the flame and temperature do not increase - we think it might be to do with the thermostat, is it fixable? We do not hear the 'whoosh' noise you normally hear when the flame increases.
