Mend Flavel FLSL62FX Set Second Hand

set clock on flavel fls62fx electric oven?

does anyone know how to set the clock on the flavel fls62fx? i just bought the oven second hand and after first use the oven would not turn off fully so i switched it off at the mains. I do not have a manual and now can't get oven to turn on without setting clock first.
