Mend Mira Elite Shower Thermostat

How can I fix my Mira Elite shower?

Mira Elite is working for about 3 or 4 minutes and then cuts out, the power light goes out. After a few minutes it comes back on again. Is it a thermostat problem? If so where is it located and can replacements be got.
