mira 722 temperature control?

i have a mira 722 shower, but i can only get cold water. the thermostat lever seems a bit loose, does do i need a new lever or a different part?

there is a simple plastic bush in the temp control lever which is most probably worn...much cheaper than buying a new lever, which is expensive enough!
