Mend Mira Excel Shower Hot Cold

Mira Excel shower mixer goes hot and cold?

Had problems with mixer. Took cartridge out to put new O rings in. Now when on it will not keep to a temprature, all hot or all cold but mainly cold. As if the thermostat is not working. If I have inserted the cartridge upside down would it give this problem ? Does it matter which way the cartridge goes in ?

Hi, sorry no answer but just to let you know I have had exactly the same problem since replacing the cartridge, and it is a right pain, no more constant warm water. Anyone out there have an answer for us?
