how can i fix my kenmore washer 90series?

how do i fix my washer if it does not spin or agitate?

Hello,

If you here your motor running but are getting a no agitate/no spin situation, your drive coupling is probably bad. You have to remove the cabinet to get to the coupling as it is a 3 piece part between the motor and the tranmission.
