Have you got the special worcester filling key ? wont fill without it

There should be a "problem solving" section in your worcester manual. Go to the section that describes your problem and there should be a simple step by step guide to fixing it.

Or you can

blead your rads so there is no air in them
turn you boiler off
stick the big white key you should have for it in the hole at the bottom of the boiler, twist
then open the valve to the right of the key (anti clockwise)
this will increase the pressure
you need pressure of 1 - 1.5 bar
