Unable to change channels on Technika 19" TV?
I have a Technika 19" TV/DVD Combo, once the TV has been on for a short time I am unable to change channels either by the remote or by the controls on the TV. If I turn it off and then back on again I can select the required channel but once it has been on for a short time the same problem occurs.
