Mend Goblin Working Fine Works

whats wrong with my goblin steamer?

hi i have a goblin steamer it was working fine , i have just tryed to work it and everything works fine appart from the hose. the steam wont come out of it . but does warm up and everything even the lights function ok. any ideas
