Mend Homac 400 Stopped Bathroom Fine

i have fitted a new homac 400 macerater..its stopped pumping?

havent used this bathroom for months...it was working fine... so turned off the electics to it...now it just makes a whineing noice and wont pump..even manual button wont pump it..any ideas??
