how can i fix my yardman ridding mower?

i have a yardman riding mower modle 249 777 type 0118-01 code 9001 2611 briggs and stratten 14H vtwin vangard
models# 130684G mfg/date c 200 84 serial# 21-049-3579 the pto light is not coming on when turned on also the head and tail lights not working mower runs fine
would also like to find a book to fix this brand of mower
