Epson CX6000 Scanner/Printer?

When I click on the Epson Scan icon I get this message: EPSON Scan displays a message: "Unable to create a work folder. Therefore it will be returned to the default location"

I can login as a different user and it works fine or I can move the scanner to a different computer and it works fine. Help
