Epson Error light stays on and all printer etc won't work?

My Epson CX6600 worked fine on Win XP. I installed Win 7 and it quit working. Epson states that this printer/scanner does NOT suupport working on Win 7. They offered a Vista Driver. It still won't work and the error light remains on all the time even after reinstalling the epson Win XP CD or Vista downloaded Drivers. Might I need a local Las Vegas Nevada Epson repair shop? Where's one in Las Vegas?
