Mend Cannon Cooker Main Oven

Cannon Cooker Main oven keeps sparking?

I have a Cannon Cooker and the main oven ignighter will not turn off after the oven is lit, the booklet says that the ignighter will turn off after 1min. but this does not happen. Can any body help me to sort this out, do I need to adjust something or do I need a new part

you're probably right suggest you contact canon help line they should be able to give advice

Brian. The cooker has been converted to LPG would this have something to do with it, a new burner has been fitter along with new jets. Derrick

the burner and electode probably need a clean check that no grease etc is distorting the flame pattern the flame itself stops the spark
