Mend Sony XAV-601BT Comes 10 Off

radio comes on for 10 seconds then off?

hi could any one tell me after u enter your 4 digit code is there anything else u after enter, i enter the 4 digits then hold numbers 5 and 6 then the radio comes on for ten seconds then goes back to code its driving me nuts.
