The draw for the conditioner etc does not have water to swill the tray?
Tried unblocking small holes but no good.

Fill with water.take the drain hose and hold it over a bucket.Now make sure the water comes out in a solid stream the width of the drain hose.I assume it actually does spin when fully loaded ???
