Mend Smiths ETU8000 Timer Instructions Setting

Smiths Time Guard ETU8000 (Immersion Heater timer)?

I do not have the instructions for the above, and am having trouble setting the timer for the immersion heater. HELP! (My electricity bills are crippling me!)
