I have a ford iveco 75e15 horsebox W reg, it will not start. ?

I have a ford iveco 75e15 horsebox W reg, it will not start.All the gaugeson the dash are working except the oil gauge (which measures in bars) the red light is on. What does this mean?

the guage only works when the engine is running..which red light is on ?..is there plenty oil in ?..it may be siezed and then there will be tears..good luck
