Mend Lexus IS2000 Work Central Locking

how can i get doorlocks to work by remote lexus is?

i have a Lexus is 2000 se navigator (2000) the other day the central locking wouldny work via key fob. i have replaced the battery but still no locks work, the boot lock wont work either(by Remote) the door locks work from the inside switch but not by remote. do i have to reset or what has gone capput!!!
