Alessi MG32 kettle not working?

If the kettle is less than two years old it is under warranty (you have to have the warranty slip) take it to any stockist and they will send it back to Alessi. If it is more than two years old Alessi will replace it at a special charge (providing it has been looked after, clean and descaled) you again have to take it to a stockist and they will send it off. You cannot fix this yourself as the kettle does not have serviceable parts.
