Mend De Dietrich FW5847E32 Control Double Oven

How do I remove the control panel facia to get at the electric contacts?

De Deitrich double oven type FW5847E32
Because of a problem in delayed starting of the cooker which I think has been caused by a build up of burnt fat on the electrical contacts. I wish to remove the facia and control knobs to gain access. How is this done.
