Mend Neff u1721 Electric Cooker Tripping Element

My Neff u1721 keeps tripping the RCD ?

This seems to happen when temp is above 160 degrees, below that it is fine. I replaced the element about 2 years ago and this fault was not immediatley apparant it has gradually got worse over the last 3 months. Anybody have similar problem and if so the solution!! please
