How do a dismantle a Bt studio plus 5500 handset?

I would like to pull apart my Bt studio plus 5500 handset to identify a very annoying rattle it has (sounds like bit of loose solder/plastic). I have undone the screws on the back but am reluctant to apply 'brute force' until I know what I am doing.
