Mend Technika H16WC-01 Installing Model Install

I am having difficult installing the CD for the Technika VGA MOdel H16WC-01?

The cd will not install fully, I have windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop, 2.60 GHz, 256 MB DDR RAM,30 GB hard disc,up to 64 MB DDR video RAM (UMA)
