I bought a H16WC-01 and the drivers from the CD worked fine first time with Windows 7. The beast refused to appear in the device manager on my other system (Windows XP SP3) and I can't get the thing to work at all.

my webcam seems to connect on msn for a few seconds and then it disconnects.. it keeps on doing this and i havnt figured out why ive been on to device manager and it says that my webcam is enabled but it still doesnt work.
what can i do to fix this?

I put the disc to insall my webcam in my laptop then te laptop got stolen with the disc and i have the webcam and its not installed -.- WHERE THE HELL DO I FIND ANYTHING TO DOWNLOAD IT ?!

i have installed my webcam. When on video calls on skype, i can see the caller but they can not see me. It says video erro unknown. How can I resolve this?

Just bought this webcam. Installed the drivers that came with it and it works fine until I reboot the computer. After that I get no internet connection, I have to system restore to before the camera driver was installed to get internet back.

I have the Technika H16WC-01 webcam and it works fine. I use it for MSN with my girlfriend and we have fery few hangups.

I'm using XP Professional with SP3 and XP Professional x64 with SP2 and both pose no trouble. However Vista does pose a few problems.

If anyone has lost the drivers, send me an Email at electricdragon(at)163(dot)com with "Technika H16WC-01 Drivers Request" and I will send the whole lot in one zip file.

Please note I can only send the drivers for the Technika H16WC-01 and no other webcam as this is the one I use myself.

I'm going to take it back. Tescos can be a bit arsey about refunds, so I'll probably have to argue for about 15 minutes before they roll over.

The disc didn't load automatically first time but went to computer and started it from there. Mine loaded software from disc but laptop didn't detect it. Looked up troubleshooter on leaflet and it said, go to control panel, hardware, device manager,imaging devices, click on PC VGA Camera Plus, enable device if it says it's disabled. This worked for me and webcam works fine on messenger and skype.

i bought the webcam and managed to install it but it seemed to stop working so i tried to uninstall it but it wont let me and keeps coming up with fatal error 1602 or something along those lines. i even tried downloading a new windows installer which didnt help, i tried downloading something off the tesco website and that hasnt worked! im not overly clued up on computers but i know the basics so maybe its something im doing wrong??
