my homelite petrol strimmer wont prime?

homelite petrol strimmer wont prime ,i have stripped carb down and cleaned everything but no joy i suspect it may be the diaphragm or parts of the primer but cannot get spares

check the small micro filter in the carb body, use a small screwdriver to prise it out and see if you can see daylight through it. you could try starting without it, if it then runs you know what your problem is
