replacement of bottom seal electrolux dishwasher?

How can we get the old seal out and the new in?? It's suppose to slide in but there is no way to take the door of so that the seal can slide into place.

open and lay the door flat fully opened.get a screwdriver and prise the old seal out of the stainless inner door groove.slightly open up the groove with a screwdriver and then put washing up liquid on the new seal and push it back in to the groove.Job done.Be careful as the edge is like a razor and will cut you badly.use gloves if needs be.
