Mend Nissan Primara Sport Heard Start Car

How can I fix my 2000 Nissan Primara Sport?

I have recently heard a rattle when I start up in the morning, and gets quieter after the car has been driven. It seems to be coming from the area of the fan belt or just behind the engine low down. What could it be?
