Mend Whirlpool GP2DWI Dishwasher Water Flow

whirlpool gp2 dwi?

The hose from the base of my dishwasher is continually popping out and thus the water does not flow from the bottom to the rotational spinner at the top. I push this back in but it just continues to pop out. Does this perhaps needs a washer of sort or do I need to replace the full extension pipe from base to top?
