briggs and stratton?

i cant get my mower to start whenever i take out the spark plug it is covered black,but smels of petrol,any ideas?

my riding lawn mower is letting out white smoking through the exaust ,I took the head off and oil was in the piston and in the intake chamber next to the piston . what can I do to fix it?

losing power ive cleaned the air filter and clean the spark plug but still losing power
